Road Trip

We went on a little road trip last month, it was very last minute and it was just Sarah, Kahlan and myself in the Jeep. I was hoping that the truck would make it all the way to Idaho Falls so we could spend the night at Rindee's house and go to church with them the next day. Well it did and made it back home surprisingly. But the pictures I got were from Sarah sleeping in the back while we were on the way home, and she had everything on her I think, from sunglasses that were to big, gloves, blanket, & jacket. I don't believe that it was that cold, but she was just having fun.

She changed positions, she put her leg up and well the sunglasses, well they are just having fun there!

We had a great time with Rindee & Family and thank goodness they let us come up last minute. It was great to see them all!

Funny Sleepers

So we tend to sleep funny at our house...well lets say Zach catches us sleeping funny and takes pictures of us, even though I did get a couple of him with Sarah. These pictures range over the past 8-9 months, but as you can see Sarah sleeps in very different ways and all of them are cute!.

She often likes to kick me in the bum and I generally don't feel a thing.

The big joke is if we are ever lost and can't find our way, let Sarah fall asleep she always ends up pointing out which way is North.

AWWWW Sarah, Kahlan & me all asleep together. Kahlan was having a hard time sleeping and Sarah wanted me to lay down with her, so we all laid down together and fell asleep.

Sunday afternoon is a favorite for naps!! This is how we fell asleep one Sunday afternoon.

4th of July fun

So Zach is the one that got all the pictures on his phone of the parade fun that we had in the morning, but every time we got back into the car Sarah would fall asleep. The sun just got to her...but she was a little shy at the parade, but her and I went and tried to get candy among the heard of kids that were there. She wanted to watch the kids more than anything.
So after the couple of naps that she had, we went and got some fireworks to set off at home. We weren't sure she would make it at the fireworks for very long(as her bedtime is 8pm). So we had our own little display at home. Zach and I were goofing off in the front and just being dumb, we looked back and she had her hand on her head with the look of oh my heck my parents are so weird. It was even funnier when she hid her eyes like I don't want to be seen with these people.
You gotta love kids and the goofy things that they do to make you smile!! =)
