Easter Fun

So we have gone to this Easter egg hunt two years in a row. Sarah really likes to be there, there are a lot of kids there. So they rope off certain sections for each age group. Well she was really anxious to get started, but when it came down to it she walked by a lot of eggs before she actually started picking any up. Here are some fun pictures of her hunt :).

Smile before we start...

All the eggs in Sarah's section.

Waiting for the hunt to begin, it was a bit cold so Sarah and Zach snuggled.

On your mark get set go....yup Zach helped her over the rope.

AWWWW look what I rattles and everything.

Nope I'm not stopping now that I have started.

Sarah & me after all the excitement...

Check this out I banked on all the can we go home and eat some right now??

These are the eggs that we did at our house. She got really messy and all that.
So that is all of our fun that we had for Easter. I hope everyone enjoyed theirs as well. We had to leave the next day to take Sarah up to Idaho Falls to stay with my sister Rindee. Then Zach and I left for New Orleans...that will be my next post, but not tonight. I'm to tired to stay up any longer.

Easter Sunday

Well today has been a bit of a hard day. Since Zach and I will be leaving for New Orleans in the morning, we had to take Sarah up to my sister's house in Idaha Falls.
We were hoping that if we went during naptime that she would fall asleep really easy...WRONG...she didn't fall asleep until half way through the drive. But here she is cute as a bug...aaawww

We had to put the jacket next to her head because her head kept on falling and I just hate watching kids heads fall when they are sleeping in their car seats...:(

AAAAWWWWWW those very beautiful lips...:)

More Treehouse Museum

Last week we went to the Treehouse Museum with Mica and Abbie and as usual Sarah couldn't get enough of it...
Our little Native American...

Our little Fire Fighter...yup runs in the family that is for sure.

and last but not least Abbie, Mica & Sarah...having way to much fun, we were barely able to get the two girls to hold still long enough to get this picture...

Fun with Grammy & Grandpa

So Zach's parents came over for dinner and fun...well while Sarah and I waited for Dad to finish getting ready, we went outside. She really likes wearing her sun glasses, and I couldn't resist taking pictures of her...

A hug for Grammy and it was a big hug...

So miss Sarah couldn't get enough of Grandpa Dan, she would not leave his side much. She kept on going to sit by him and snuggling up to him. So finally I had to get a few pictures of them together.

So they ended on a good note with a big KISS...AAAAWWWW

Day at the Park

Well I never would have thought my little one would much rather be outside than inside...well okay I hoped she would like to get out of the house. We went for a little trip to the park on a beautiful day and she had so much fun. So the pictures are taken with my phone so they may be a bit blurry, but hey they are still way cute...
Just loved being in the swing and having Daddy push her...

more swinging :)

Okay the slide was the thing that she didn't want to give up. She went down every slide that was there and more than once on this one. She had so much fun, I think that she just likes to do exciting things...

Sarah's Birthday

So for Sarah's 2nd Birthday we did a Tinkerbell theme, she just loves Tinkerbell!! Well technically she isn't really even 1 ask why that is, well Sarah was born on February 29th, the one day that comes around every 4 years. So this was really only her half birthday...but she got to celebrate it a couple times this year.
The cake that she picked out of course had Tinkerbell on it, and yes she did pick it out...white cake, chocolate frosting.

Right before I brought the cake out we asked her to sit down on the chair and she started to be all sad and pouting. Everyone was telling her to look at me and as soon as she did look at me she got the biggest smile on her face, it was adorable.

She had to smile at the the camera for everyone.

She got this cool gift from Isabel Flynn and her family, you can see Isa in the background in Sarah's car.

Sarah holding her new present...yup Tinkerbell, she is with Grammy.

She wanted to hold up the paper from the present so we took a picture of that, as you can see in the background of the picture...TinkerBell...yup we watched it twice that day.

Zach and I got her this car for her birthday, she wouldn't get out of it for anything. She would watch TV in the car, and eat in the car if we let her. The first couple of nights we had to tell her we are going to park the car so it can go nighty night. Well that worked so that is all good with me. She loves to play with this car and I am glad that she likes it so much.

Sunday Naps

Sarah and I have started a new Sunday ritual you could say. We were both taking a nap after church one Sunday. She started to wake up so Zach went and got her and laid her down with me and now it happens most Sundays. But we both end up falling asleep and Zach takes some great pictues of
Nighty night all.

yup we are sound asleep.

We started doing this as well at night to help her relax before bed, so here we are again snuggled up together.

Another Sunday for us...Kisses from my baby girl. I love her!!

So you can imagine how much I look forward to Sunday's now, I hope to get snuggles from Sarah each Sunday. Now it doesn't happen every Sunday but I always hope that we get snuggle time.

A few pictures from Christmas

Well I know this is long past due, but I wanted to get it done before I forgot some more. I am up way to late, but hey I got a 2 hour nap so all is good. here are a few pictures from Christmas.
Zach, Sarah, Me and my niece Abbie at the NTEU Christmas party. We had a lot of fun there.

Sarah on Santa's lap...yup she went right on up there and just smiled at him. She didn't want to stop looking at him, but we did get her to look over and at least got a picture.

Abbie with Santa, she kept on asking him for a diary. So on the way home we stopped at the store and got her one for Christmas.

We didn't get many pictures of Sarah opening gifts, but here are a couple of her just playing with some.

She has the crayons and started coloring all over this new toy...yup not a coloring book.

A tradition of Zach's family is to have breakfast together Christmas morning. So this is his family that came to a wonderful breakfast that yes Zach cooked!! From left to right top row Zach, Me, Melynda, Jeremy; bottom row Drexil, Mom & Sarah, Wesley.

Drexil, Zach, Jeremy, Wesley

My sister Mica was also able to join us for some breakfast on Christmas. This picture is so cute, Jeremy, Zach's brother, was in the background making goofy faces at Sarah and she was just giggling about it, so this picture turned out great!

So I know that I am terrible at keeping up right now, but I have a minute and thought I would sit down and say hello. I am going to try and play catch up this week and next...but we will see how much I get done. I was able to be home today, no overtime for me this week or next, so today has been so much fun! So here are some updated and fun pictures...enjoy :)

Ward Christmas party...yup Sarah was on a pony.

Me and Sarah chillen'...Mica took this fun picture for us and I really like it!!

Sarah and I out in the snow, this was right after I got done shoveling the snow. She loves the snow(Yeah she is my girl)!!

She will just sit right on down in the snow no worries at all!

I was at work when this picture was taken, but she is outside again with Daddy!

I tell you she can't get enough of the snow...she is like me in that way!

Sarah goofing off on the table...she likes to climb up on the side tables and goof around.

This was on the way home from church on Sunday. She wanted to have her sunglasses and so she got them and was just chillen'.

Yup she is rockin'.

On Tuesday's Sarah goes to the babysitter so that she gets time to play with other kids. Well she isn't used to waking up early in the morning anymore. So this certain morning I had turned on the TV so she could watch Sesame Street. Well I set her down and went to get her stuff and she snuggled into her chair and went right back to sleep. She slept most of the time I was getting her changed as well.

Well I hope that is enough for right now, hopefully there will be more time later this week to get some Christmas stuff up for you all to see. Thanks!! Lots of Love!
