Temple Time

So here is our big news for this month. We are going to be sealed in the Logan Temple on April 1, 2009 at 4:00 pm. Yes I know we are really excited. It has been a rough month and it hasn't been easy at all. I know that Satan has been working extra hard on us this month. I keep thinking that it can't come soon enough. But I know that it will happen, we may have a fight or two more before then, but it will happen. I know you can see me with a big SMILE right now. Zach will be having his endowment's out on Tuesday night at the Ogden Temple and we are hoping that everyone that can will be able to come to that session. It will be the 6:15 pm session on Tuesday March 31st. I know that we are going to have family there and we would love for our friends to join us at the endowment, since we have limited space in the sealing. :) Loves all!! Keep us in your prayers the next week, I know we sure need them to help us through this next week.

Sarah's first BIRTHDAY

So these are some pictures of Sarah's 1st birthday. Since she was born on February 29th we celebrated her birthday on February 28th and March 1st this year. So we got to have cake two days in a row!!!WAHOO!!! It was just the 3 of us this year maybe next year we will have everyone over. But it turned out to be a great day! Thanks for everyone who called to wish Sarah a happy birthday. Loves!!!

Catching UP

Still missing my Dad 6 years later...Richard Clyde Gibson December 1, 1943 - February 27, 2003. This picture is from his funeral. I am sad to say I don't have any pictures saved on my computer of my Dad they are all hanging up in my home. But I still love him all the same and I still miss him as well. He will be my "Papa Bear" FOREVER!!

Okay so I know that I haven't been on here for a very long time. However, I have had good reason not to be very active on my computer. I have been very busy with both work and my little Sarah. She is so funny, I was just finishing up dinner when I looked back at Sarah in her highchair and this is how she was sitting. I was cracking up, she was just kicking back...chillin...I told Zach to get the camera and get some pictures.
So our little miss Sarah Claire is going to be a year old this weekend. Since she was born on February 29th we are going to be celebrating her birthday this year tomorrow February 28th. So even though we are celebrating her first birthday she isn't really 1...lol...Yeah yeah we will get to choose when she celebrates her birthday for a very long time. Well until she is old enough to decide when she wants to celebrate her birthday. I know that everyone has the moments when they look back and think where has the past year gone? Well I am thinking that right now and it is very strange how time flies. The past couple of days I have just been thinking about everything that has happened in the past year and it is unbelievable. I know that Sarah has been a blessing in our lives and I am so excited to continue the journey of being her Mom!!
I remember when I was a kid when we would take a bath my Mom would style our hair in a crazy fashion when she was washing it. So now whenever I give Sarah a bath I like to do something crazy when I am washing her hair. I have Zach take a picture every now and again. Well this one was a keeper...I just love her smile and you can see her all her teeth. She is getting another one...oh my she doesn't sleep all to well when she has a tooth about to break through. Last but not least our Sarah asleep. I know everyone has had these pictures of their kids in odd sleeping positions...but ya know I have to share mine of Sarah. I just love going in and seeing her with her little bum in the air and it just makes me smile. Just thinking about it makes me smile. Just tonight I went in there because she was making some crazy sounds and I get in there and she has gotten her face smooshed up into the corner of the crib and she is trying to move around so that she gets comfortable. Well okay that is enough of my ramblings about Sarah. Everything is going great here we just keep trucking along and getting by.

Toe Truck

So this is a classic Tai thing to do...I fell down! Well I was picking up Sarah from the babysitters house and on my way out I slipped on ice on the last stair and went splat...It was so eventful, Sarah just looked at me like what just happened Mom?? Well when I fell I somehow busted up my big toe...yup once again Tai has either broken something or needs stitches. We are not sure if it is broken or just bruised really good, but it sure does feel broken and it is still swollen. But I didn't really want to go to the Instacare just to have them tell me that it was and to elevate it and put ice on it. So since I was headed to go see my sister Jennie who had just flown in from Virgina, I just got up and went on my way. My toe was bleeding all over the place and I could feel that other places were bruised up as well. I guess I grabbed Sarah's arm when I fell because she ended up with a bruise on her arm :(.

Well when I got to Mica's house we had a real good time laughing about it. The first thing Jennie said when she arrived was do you need a "Toe Truck"? Yeah it was quite funny for all of us. We did have a great time with Jennie and I am glad that we got to hang out with her. Sarah was shy with her at first, but by the time we got back from lunch she didn't want to take a nap she wanted to play with Aunt Jennie. That was really cute, of course Jennie has that kind of effect on all her nieces and nephews I think. Well I am limping around for the next few days and that should be really fun. WAHOO!!!!

Christmas Fun

Well these are a bunch of pictures from Christmas. We had our frist Christmas with Sarah and it was a blast. She really like the paper and boxes. She couldn't get enough of them. We kept on having to hide them so that she would try and get to the next present. However, it was a blast and we really had a great time. I had to work on Christmas Eve so we just stayed home and relaxed most of the night. We did venture out and went to see the lights at the Layton Park. We bundled Sarah up and got the stroller out and only lasted but a short time. It was way to cold to stay out there. The rest of the weekend we stayed in and enjoyed each other. It was kind of strange not going to any family parties, but it was also nice to enjoy each other and not worry about rushing around. I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and will have a Happy New Year! Loves!!!

2. I took a nap WAHOO!!
3. Went out of the house

Today:
1. I went to church
2. I came home from church and ate
3. I am going to take a nap hopefully...???

Tomorrow:
1. I will have to go to work
2. I will not sleep in
3. I will want to be at home

Next year:
1. Try to be more active and try and exercise more
2. Would like to get to the temple.
3. Both me and Zach working.

So we had family pictures done and here are some of the ones that we had done. Hopefully they are all good. Also Happy B-Lated Thanksgiving. I hope that everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving and enjoyed thier families. I know that we had a great time and enjoyed being with our family.
