Well July 4Th is always a favorite of ours at our house. Well that is because not only is a favorite holiday, but it is mine & Zach's wedding anniversary. Yes we picked our favorite holiday as our wedding day. It makes everything a bit easier to remember. :) Either way the day is always memorable and gives us lots of fireworks.

Sarah and I went to the Layton City parade. We met up with some friends from the ward. I really liked this picture because Sarah is holding the flag.
She was really tired by the time we got to the fireworks, but she really enjoyed them.

She waited to come on the one day that only comes around every 4 years. We were so happy to have her come no mater what day she did come. Zach kept on telling the doctor that he wanted to have me started on the 29th so that we would have a leap year baby. Well we didn't need to be started she came on her own. My water broke on the 28th, but I didn't have her until the next day.

She was a scheduled delivery so everything went well with the c-section. Sarah has been a great big sister and loves her little baby. Kahlan has a ton of hair under that hat and is growing like a weed. We love our little "monkey".
